Time: 11:46 A.M. Laine had been house hunting since early that morning. He wasn’t quite sure why he was interested in getting a house here, but it just seemed ok. Not great, but ok. He had reasoned with himself earlier that it wouldn’t hurt to look. He didn’t want to get other people involved; therefore he stayed away from real estate offices and such. He merely followed the road side advertisement for houses for sell and looked up addresses online when he ran out of road signs. He could have sworn he heard the growl of his stomach over the purr of his bike at a stop sign. His constricted pupils glanced down at his left wrist. It was nearly noon already. Considering he had skipped breakfast that morning, his stomach was right on time.
It had been at least a day since the interesting play with Shelley at the mall. It had not been far from his mind at all. He kept finding himself thinking about the look on the associate’s face as he scattered out of the mall. He wondered if he would ever be able to squander around Victoria’s Secret again. Damn, Laine, might have screwed yourself there! Oh well, he was thinking in the moment then. Something he noticed she had him doing a lot. He didn’t have a lot of time to create manipulative and devious plans around her. Shelly’s smart remarks and challenging eyes kept him on his feet. He liked the back and forth trial of games between them. One thing that still brought a tug of a smile to his lips was her touch, and how she played the part so well at the end. His bike was rolling him further down the road but at the next stop sign Laine leaned up and fished his wallet from his back pocket. He thumbed past a few random pieces of paper before finding hers. His head turned quickly to check that no one was behind him waiting at the light. He was clear for now. Talented fingers quickly programed her number in his phone. “Shelley ‘Bad Barbie’ . Not the most original nickname now, but he would work on it. His wallet and phone was returned to his pockets. He assumed his hunched position back over his bike and rode until he spotted a small empty lot to rest in. He maneuvered in the lot, shut off the engine to his beast and retrieved the phone again. He thought about it for a minute, was it worth calling. Hell, he was hungry. She was hot. They had fun. Why not?
He tapped her name and number and the call was sent. He held his phone to his ear, listening to it hesitate before ringing.

The sun was out, the day was warm with a slight breeze blowing. It was a beautiful day, and what was I doing on this beautiful day? Jogging to the gym. I had managed to drag my lazy bum out of bed. I was shocked. My short legs were striding along the side walk easily, my jacket flailing at my sides slightly. My blond pony tail swayed side to side atop my head, and my phone was neatly tucked away in my bra. I had no plans today, I never had plans, so I used most of my time to keep my body by exercising and buying salads at resteraunts.
Or.
Or shopping.
The last time I was at the mall, I had barely bought anything, but had met a wonderful person there. Laine. I was sure we wasn't allowed back at the mall and I had no intentions on going, I would do online shopping. A small shrug shook my shoulders as I sped up, green eyes caught the sight of the familiar building. There was only a few cars parked outside, not many people exercise you know, this proved it. It was a little after 11 in the morning, and around this time was when I liked to exercise. Usually from 11 to 12:30, then I would hit some fancy resteraunt and jog back to the dorm, and be there by 2. Then once I cleaned up, I would head to the barn.
Yeah, that was basically my daily schedule.
My mouth closed tightly as I steadied myself by a breath through my nose. Then, I breathed the air out, my heart thudding in my chest. Yeah, I really had to get in back in shape. I abruptly stopped as I got to the door of the gym. There, I whiped the sweat from my forehead, pulled my shirt down slightly, and tightened up my ponytail. Then, I made my way smoothely into the large room. A large smile was planted on my face as people looked my way, to see what lonely soul had drug themselves out to the gym.
It was the one and only. Muahhhh.
That hour was one of the fastest I had ever seen, I hit the treadmill, the weights, and everything else. I was headed towards the punching bag. Only to find my phone vibrating in my bra. A groan escaped my lips, who could it be? I pulled it out of my bra, only to find that the number was anonymous. I sighed and put it up to my ear, panting slightly, "It's blowjob barbie, how may I help you?" I asked, sincerity playing on my voice, but amusement danced in my eyes.
Hm, maybe i'd have some fun today.
CLOTHING. NOTES. Crappy starter post, they'll get better.

Time: Laine had been waiting on his bike, watching the scarce cars past. He glanced down at his clothing choices. He had gone casual today, a simple faded greed shirt that had a brand mark from some bar in California. A bar he was not quite sure he had even been too. It was odd how old tee shirts just kind of popped up sometimes with memories that had faded. Although the shirt was slightly faded, it still held character and was appropriate for the bright day. Plus the green complimented his jaded eyes. His jeans were light again this day and a light brown belt finished the attire. Finally an answer, Laine listened carefully.
Interesting. Most people go with ‘hello’ when answering the phone, but whatever floats your boat. Laine couldn’t help but smile a little bit at her greeting. Did this girl every have a normal remark about anything? He couldn’t just let her get away with it, he thought for a moment, but didn’t waste seconds between speaking. “Blowjob barbie huh? It’s got a ring to it, but I don’t think it would fly well with the parents. Maybe a more adult market, like Deep Dick Dolly.” How had Laine brought up blow up dolls into this scenario? Nevertheless it was his best with the limited preparedness. Laine rocked back a little on his bike, getting comfortable. His free arm came across his chest and fingers hung on his phone arm. His stomach rumbled again, and this time Laine could feel it more than hear it. He decided to continue the conversation, possibly rush this phone conversation to the point. “You’re appointment book keeping you busy today or you have time to be creeped on?
Notes: Yes, my post are short and crappy here in the beginning. They will indeed get better.

I pulled my phone away from my ear, whiping the sweat off of my forehead and then from my phone. Yuck. Sweat was one of the nastiest things ever, but here I was, covered in it. As usual. I tucked some hair behind my ear and then put the phone back up next to my ear. Waiting for the person to respon, I cleared my throat slightly, showing anonyance at the quiet awkwardness that filled the line. I grabbed a sweat towel and wrapped around my neck, to catch the falling sweat. Finally a masculine voice filled the phone line and I grew tense. A smile cracked on my lips, I didn't think i'd ever hear from him again. Not that this shocked me, but it struck joy to my heart.
Let the fun begin, once again.
I held the phone up with one hand, and straightened my hot pink shirt out with the other hand. Hm, here he was, striking back at me once again. I could never take a jab at this guy without him firing back, it would be unusual for him to take words of slander from me. Surely, he hadn't expected a normal hello from me. I smiled, my smile was slightly crooked and I strided around the gym with ease. I shrugged a bit, thinking to myself, he can't see what i'm doing. I can giggle and smile all I want to. "Well, what the parents don't know won't hurt them. And besides did you expect a normal hello?"
Of course he didn't, I shouldn't have even asked him that question. And I expected a comeback, just as the one he had thrown at me. I could throw a rock at him and expect him to throw a bigger rock at me. Not that we'd ever do that, but it was a figure of speech, I guess you could say. Whenever he asked me if I had plans, my eyes immediately flashed across the outfit that I was wearing. Was he going to ask me out to eat? Not really a date, but, out to eat. I looked like crap, I certainly knew I did. I was quiet for a moment, allowing silence to fill the phone line once again.
"Well, I didn't have any plans. I have time to be creeped on, I suppose. Even though, I do look like crap. But, if you wanna creep on me, then creep on me you will." I laughed softly into the phone, easing towards the door slowly.

Maybe he did like talking to her on the phone a little more in person. She couldn’t see him smile, and she didn’t have the option of touching him. The touching seemed to dull his retaliation rate. It was still in war thought which one he preferred. He didn’t have much to go on though, that was the first time they met and this was the first phone call. He should stop making rash decisions. Laine turned his torso as far as he could to one side. The popping in his mid-back felt nice, but not complete. He repeated the routine, except to the other side. Her voice rang in his ears. There was another pro to phone calls; she couldn’t get too close to him. She couldn’t turn those taunting eyes on him and ease close and pry to make him beg. Once again, he liked it – so the whole mental waging is a moot point. He started tracing a line of ink with his finger. The ink twisted around his arm and faded into the mist of a design. “You’re right. I wouldn’t expect much normalcy from you.”
As silence took over the line again, Laine stretched his free arm toward his bike controls. He flipped the key toward the ‘on’ position and applied pressure to the ignition button. The bike fired and settled to a rumble beneath him. His lips cocked into a confident smirk. “Well, I’m glad you realize that I do what I want too.. She had said herself, if I wanted to I was. It was a fairly true statement. So was the, if I didn’t want to; I wasn’t. Laine licked his independent leg up into the peg on the bike, while his other held the weight of the leaning man and machine. His eyes stayed bored, flickering randomly over the bike controls, a crack in the pavement beneath him, and the pedestrians in the cars passing by. “So, why don’t you help a creep out and tell me where you are at. I can pick you up and we can get some lunch.” His voice had a little ring it that it would be 50/50 that she picked up. It portrayed a little bit of energy and excitement to go ahead and meet her somewhere. Although he tried to mask it in his low and steady tone.

I stroked my forearm with my free hand, looking out of the glass door. My voice was calmer and softer than usual, I was calm at the moment. I had worked out most of my energy, and I didn't have to work myself up by being afraid of what he would see in my emotions. My thoughts would be allowed to roam freely from my mind and into my eyes. I could think of any dirty, crazy, life-threatening thoughts that I wanted too. I could strut around here on the phone and make any kind of face that I wanted too. I didn't have to control my tone or what I said, because there was nothing he could do to me.
I loved talking to him on the phone, I could do whatever I want, say whatever I want. He couldn't bore into my eyes with his dark, secretive eyes. He couldn't seduce me with his smell, or the way he non-secretly checked me out. I wrapped one arm around my waist and tucked myself in, I smirked, leaning up against the wall. I was pretty sure that people was watching me, wondering what in the heck I was doing. Yeah, I was being pretty lazy. I smirked and said with a bit of sass, "Well, Laine. It shouldn't surprise you, i'm always right. Never forget that..... Babe." I laughed, easing towards the door, before leaning back up against the wall.
I stiffened up slightly as I heard the grumble of a bike start up. Surely that wasn't his bike? Was it? "Well, if you do what you want too. Why are you still there?" I eased towards the door, my hand finding the glass and pushing it open. I darted out of the door quickly, I basically ran out and stood outside. It was nice to feel the breeze running through my blonde hair. The sweat on me was finally drying and I didn't look as bad. I would have to get the makeup out and redo my hair. Oh how much time did I have? Oh, it doesn't matter. I would have to hurry anyways.
I took a deep breath, trying to hide my excitement and calm myself. "I'm at the gym. Come find me. See you later, creep." And with that, I hung up the phone and jumped up in the air. Yes, score!! I put my phone back in my bra and fixed my boobs and smirked slightly. I pulled the pony tail holder out of my hair and ran my fingers through my hair. Then I put the pony tail holder back into place and realized I still had a sweat rag around my neck. I dabbed my face off and opened the door and tossed it inside.
Then, I looked around, and realized I didn't have any makeup. Oh great.

Laine just chuckled and shook his head. Of course she was always right, wasn’t every woman? His tongue appeared only timidly to wet his lips. His teeth tugged on his bottom lip, pulling it inward. Was it getting at this point where he has biting his lip. Almost. It wasn’t to keep from spending back an answer. It was at her cute mouth, all the dirty innuendos ad connotations it could spit out with such ease. He nodded quite slowly and dramatically before remembering she couldn’t see anything he did on this side of the line. He added some verbal cues, “ “Uh huh. I’m so sure..” He heard her pause and the commotion of her movements he listened intently to. He couldn’t pin where she was at through the sounds in the background. Trust it, he had been trying. Her voice chimed in again. This time it was a little more challenging of a statement. He was sure she was displaying some type of teasing and stimulating look. “ I thought I had already fulfilled my role as creep. I figured I play it cool this time and give you the choice of meeting me.” His voice wasn’t forced, but just poured freely out against the receiver of the phone. He predicted the phone call was coming to the end. He inched his bike slowly toward the exit of the lot, waiting for his chance.
When she finally gave in a hint to where she was at he was expecting her to hang up. From that moment on it was like a scavenger hunt. Thanking technology Laine was able to find a list of nearby gyms. He started with the nearest one and would span his search. His first hit was a miss, or he assumed it was since there was no one outside. Honestly it didn’t seem like a place Shelley would be working out anyways. His bike roared out into the street as he felt like he was racing against some mutual stop watch of him and Shelley’s. His second stop was a dud as well. However this one actually tricked him. He had pulled his bike illegally on the curb in front of the glass door entrances. He hadn’t found the woman outside or seen her inside. He snarled to himself a little, and looked back at his phone for his next stop.
He was back in traffic weaving in and out as he pleased. Both his stomach and the nonexsistant stopwatch were pushing him. Third pitch was the star player. He could see her blonde hair glimmering from his rounded corner. He breeze flashed her hair like a marker, and Laine’s deviant smirk took residency on his lips. His head lowered and eyes stayed on her from behind dark glasses. He threaded himself between a couple widely spaced cars and into the lot next to her gym. He didn’t care for boundaries at the moment; he slowly let his bike roll him up to her. He had let his eyes scan over her outfit before he was right up next to her, maybe that would deepen the creep. He stopped once he was beside her.
His leg fell from its peg, once again holding the weight. His opposite arm came and removed the glasses from his eyes and to the top of his head. The smirk had attempted to be the only one on the lips, but a grin had budged in as well; forming a nice crooked mixture of the two. “Found you Barbie.. Eyes stayed on hers as he spoke, and even after. Although he was using his peripherals to monitor the rest of her features, he portrayed direct eye contact. His body finally twisted and broke contact so he could flip down the passenger pegs for her. “I take it you can ride? His voice had an odd rhythm to it, almost a little naught connotation on the remark, however his lips and eyes hid his true meaning, so she would never know; just be left wondering. His head nod had pointed to a small space behind him where she could fit.

Before I had hung up the phone, Laine had continued the conversation on, untill I hung up on him. Ha, quiet the conversationist wasn't he? He seemed to be a chatterbox, something I liked in a guy. He made me laugh, like a lot, he really wooed me. Since I was being honest to myself, he wooed me a lot more than I felt like I should admit to anyone. He would never know it, I would leave him guessing every time I met him. I put my hand on my hip, green eyes dancing around as I stood there. Yes, I was growing impatient upon this concrete. I would really like for him just to ride up on a white horse in armor and take me out to McDonalds or something.
Yeah, that would fly with me.
If he did ride upon his motorcyle that would be fine, you know, shirtless would be even better. I cocked an eyebrow at my thoughts and shrugged a bit. Oh yeah, he seemed like he would be one of the nice, ripped guys that would lift you up and carry you into your room. Yes, I would like that. I was a softie, honestly, he would never ever know. So, Laine thought he was done being a creep. Well, he might be done playing the role, but I would always make sure that he was the one creeping on me. I wasn't the creeper, well, only in my mind, but out here in real life, I was not a creeper.
I would keep my creepish thoughts to myself.
It was about 10 minutes whenever I heard the roaring of a motorcyle coming around the curve of the road. I smirked, a bit before smoothing my hair over my head, I took in a deep breath and steadied myself. I pushed one hip out and placed on hand on my pushed out hip. Then, I tilted my chin up as I watched him with interested green eyes. So, he was the bad boy that rode a motorcyle with the dark hair and ripped bod. I thought it was something that I only saw in movies.
Well, I guess not.
I danced towards him and his bike, hips swaying along with my arms. I zipped up my jacket and laughed a bit as he removed his glasses. "Yes you did and it took you long enough." I stated feistily, my eyes twinkling a bit, I would never get tired of this guy. Never. Not ever. I grinned as he made eye contact with me, he was bold and daring, he never missed a beat, did he? I stopped as he flipped down the passenger pegs and I stiffened slightly. Whenever he asked me if I could ride, I simply cocked an eyebrow. "So, i've been told." I walked towards the bike and threw one leg over the bike before settling into the small seat behind him.
I placed my arms around him just for the heck of it, and I snuggled in close to him. "So, do you wanna take me to my dorm and let me change? Or are you so hungry that we should just go on out to dinner?" I asked with a smirk, both of my eyebrows raised as I ran my eyes across him. Man, he looked good. His green shirt went great with his green eyes, his faded jeans were lovely against his tan skin tone, and his dark brown belt looked nice with both his jeans and his shirt.
Oh how I liked a man that knew how to dress.
As of right now, he looked better than I did. Not something I was used to, but since he hadn't ever seen me dressed up, perhaps he would swing by my dorm. "Let's go creep. And p.s. you'll always be the creep in my book."

Laine rolled his eyes at her sarcastic timing. He figured his timing was decent considering she didn’t give him much to go on. He let that comment sit at that, knowing a better chance would come. His gutter mind did flounder to not mumble a perverted comment back. He sucked the inner of his cheek as the urge almost became irresistible. Just almost. He straightened his body up a bit while they were doing their usual pecking. His arms came back to rest on the chest of his bike and hold their position. She was definitely entertaining. Not often a woman was so vastly entertaining to Laine. Usually they lost their spark when he put on the pressure. When he added pressure to her, she boiled over with excitement and energy it seemed. And all that excitement and energy concentrated into their picking back and forth. His grin broke due to an emerging chuckle. So she had been told eh? His mind rolled again in the thick flood of words. His chuckle faded but a smirk remained on his lips. He leaned his body forward to allow her more room to get comfortable. Once he felt her snuggle in behind him he leaned his torso back, resting at the waist. “Well, you ain’t never rode a bike like mine….Babe.” His ‘babe’ mimicked the tone she had used previously His head rotated as he placed his shades back in place. He let a small flirtatious glimmer show before he covered his them completely. He stated slowly rolling the bike forward toward the street; listening to her sweet voice before he would take off. Yes, he could admit it to himself, he liked her voice. Her playful voice was all he had heard so far, but he like it. No desire to complain one bit. He thought about her question momentarily. Between the feeling of her arms around him and really considering which one he wanted to do, he was a little caught up. The sensation of her thin arms around his sturdy torso felt nice. Thinking soon he would feel her a little more leaned into him hurried him to want to get the bike moving faster. “It depends what you’re going to change into.” He was partially glad she couldn’t see his face. He kept his head straight as if he was intently watching the traffic he was going to emerge into. A smile tugged his lips as he thought about taking her back to her dorm, it’d be nice. Where would the playing and the flirting lead. Ah, don’t think like that Laine. That kind of stuff always leads to the unwanted. Take it easy, play along. “If I take you back, you gonna make it quick? I’m really freaking hungry.” His words ended and the bike picked up, he had found his opening in traffic. He leaned in toward the street and was cruising at speed limit for the time being. Luckily he knew where the dorms around town were. He had a cousin that was in school, and he had recently visited.

Whenever he rolled his eyes at my sarcastic remark, I simply smirked before mimicking his action. I simply squeezed my arms around him and laughed, I was really enjoying this 'riding on the back of his bike' thing. I could get used to it..... No, Shelley, no you can't. Just don't go there. I sighed, I couldn't go there, there was no way. So, I slightly pulled myself away into a more comfortable, farther away, position. He couldn't say no to taking me to my dorm. He would think of something interesting that would make him want to take me back to my dorm. I could think of a couple of reasons, but, I wasn't going to go there. He would probably call it, eh, getting lucky. Yes, one thing about that was right, and that was the "lucky" part.
Of course, I wouldn't mind myself....
No, shuttup.
His chuckle snapped me from my dirty thoughts, and I simply pressed my lips together and looked around with clueless eyes. He leaned forward for a moment and then realized that I had snuggled in behind him and that caused him to lean back. I smiled at this, finding some kind of hidden humor in it. He didn't care how close I got to him, I knew that he didn't mind getting all comfortable with me. I sure didn't mind getting close and personal with him, I knew he liked it, and so, I would push those boundaries. I relaxed myself before moving closer to him at his comment. Of course, I would shoot right back at him, as usual.
"Well, babe, creeper, Laine, whoever you are......" I stated for no simple reason in a feisty, fiery voice. Then, I leaned forward and whispered in his ear, "I'm getting there. Aren't I?" My voice was soft but firm and rolled around in a seductive coating. I immediately rolled my eyes at his tone, he was using the same tone as I had been. I was getting ready to make another snappy reply but I found ourselves rolling forward. I squealed a little bit as I wrapped my arms even tighter around his stomach. Immediately I was embarrassed, I couldn't believe that I had screamed.... Yeah, I could. But at the same time, I was irritated because I screamed in front of him and felt like that I was being vulnerable.
Not something that I liked.
My green eyes were wide for a minute, but I finally settled down. My heart was no longer thudding heavily in my chest, bad thoughts were no longer roaming throughout my brain. I could no longer hear my heart beating in my ears, I was calm now. I had to stay like this for the whole ride, no screaming, no craziness. Okay, I could handle that. His next comment took me by surprise, really Laine. Really? I slightly tapped his arm and said, "Behave. And for your information, I'm changing into something that covers even more skin." My words were firm and serious, but a joking grin danced across my face and my eyebrows raised just slightly. My eyes danced around with a joyous glimmer in them.
I simply rolled my eyes at him as we eased along the road. "Yes Laine, I'll make it quick, I promise." My tone was serious, but in my mind, I was thinking, it might take longer than you think. It might and then it might not. All I was going to do was change clothes, fix my hair, add a little makeup. You know, dress up for him for once. He apparently knew the road, because we was headed towards the dorm now. "Have you been creeping on someone besides me?" I asked, the humor in my voice matched the humor on my face. Whenever we rolled up next to the large building, I slipped off of the motorcycle and eased up the steps, I glanced behind me and invited him in.
"Feel free to come on up." It didn't take me long to climb the steps up to my dorm, I hesitated at the door. I was hoping that my roommate wasn't in there. I unlocked the door and eased inside, I looked around warily, yeah, my roommate wasn't there. I left the door open behind me and walked into my bedroom. My room was painted white, I had simple pink covers and pillows. There was a Marilyn Monroe picture on the wall with a rhinestone picture frame. My furniture was white as well, and there was a small, brown trunk at the end of my bed. Oh yeah, my bedroom was such a catch.... Actually, it was pretty boring and plain. I walked over to my dresser and found a granola bar in which I handed to Laine as he walked inside of my room.
Then, I started changing my clothes, it took me a little while, but that granola bar would hold him over. I walked into my bathroom, quickly shedding my clothes off and wrapping a towel around me. I realized that I had left my clothes in my room. I walked over to my bed, grabbed my clothes off of my bed and walked back into the bathroom and then changed. I never batted an eye at Laine as I walked into my bedroom wearing only a towel. Whenever I got back in my bathroom, I finished putting my clothes on and brushed my teeth. After that, I put on some lotion and perfume and all of that good stuff. Whenever I was done, I jerked out my hair bow and brushed hair before styling it once again. I braided two braids down the side and then stacked it tall on my head.
Finally, I put on some makeup. You know, mascara, bright red lipstick, and some dark eyeshadow. I walked out of my bathroom and striked a pose for Laine who was probably miserable. I walked over to my closet and grabbed some black high heels and then put them on. The last thing, I grabbed a matching purse and threw my phone carelessly in there before saying, "I'm ready."

Laine had been contemplating a remark to fire back, trying to make it as seductive as hers had been. Her tone and teasing manner unsettled him inside. A good unsettle though; more like a rustle inside. This smart remark never even had a chance of being thought of thanks to her whimpering squeal. Laine didn’t try or want to hide his pure laughter. It wasn’t just a chuckle or a scoff, a flat out laugh that lasted a good two minutes before muffling itself. There it was again, her touch and tight hold that smuggled his tender side out; something that Laine wasn’t too comfortable with. Throughout the ride he could feel her frame bent lightly into is. It had been a decent amount of time since someone had been his passenger. He tried to keep his hunched driving form as still and normal as possible. Laine would never admit he liked the hugging sensation of her around him. While driving a smirk tempted his lips that he sneakily accepted. He focused on facing forward, intent on keeping his thoughts from her. Maybe it was easier over the phone, but not more enjoyable. Words may have temporarily stopped, but his mind had carried on its merry way. Look, a girl and my bike. A two for one package. His thoughts were only accelerated by the fact that Shelley was far from disgusting and boring. Her spunk and ‘go at it’ attitude contributed to the illusions in Laine’s imagination.
Laine made his scoff easily noticeable by allowing it to jerk his back. Her being so close, she would most likely feel it. His eyes left the road momentarily to turn and glance back at her, then back to the road. His voice was a bit louder to exceed the volume of the bike. “Yea right. Since when has a woman been quick at anything. I’ll live.. Suffer though. You’ll owe me. “ He was able to flash the side of his face at her again, showing his playful smirk. The road kept going and although Laine struggled he was able to find his way to the dorms. He had only been there once before so he considered it pretty much lucky. Who knows if he would have asked for directions. As he rolled to a stop and dismounted after her he snickered through his sentence. “My cousin actually goes here. You wouldn’t be concerned if I was now would you?” He cocked a brow at her to compliment his crooked smile.
Laine climbed the steps behind her and followed her lead obediently. Wow, Laine following pretty well-mannered. His eyes did the look around and his feet slowly rotated him to get a full panoramic view. A little bare, but Laine’s decorating taste wasn’t his featured talent. The décor of the room meant nothing to him. He did find it a bit stereotypical with the pink accommodations on her bed. Maybe not as stereotypical as comical since she had been like a Barbie since he first met her. Marilyn Monroe, inspiration, role model, or just décor. Perhaps it was Monroe’s naughty side that intrigued Shelley, Laine wouldn’t be surprised. He propped himself against the wall beside her bed. His fingers unpacked the granola bar and he didn’t hesitate to snack on it.
His eyes had found random things in the room to occupy them while he propped and waited. They weren’t specifically focused on anything, just wondering around aimlessly. The granola bar was one bite away from being demolished when she walked from the bathroom. Laine had his head slightly downward, but his eyes immediately focused on her. His head rose slowly as he ate the last bite. A word wasn’t spoken as he chewed his last piece. He simply watched her enter and watched her disappear. When she was out of the room his lips parted to grin and he shook his head slightly; keeping his chuckle under his breath. To Laine the time seemed longer than needed. He had switched his weight several times against the wall and even took a couple extra glances around the whole room.
Finally she appeared again. A purposely exaggerated sigh blew from his lips; Laine couldn’t help the grin though. She had actually done a lot with the time she took up. “You look nice. Trying to show me up? “ He teased her as he glanced down at his own relaxed outfit. He took his full weight back and stood straight. He straightened his back with a small stretched and eyed the door withouth moving. “I take it you’re ready to go now?” His eyes had returned to hers and he didn’t want to separate them. For a moment he had found her eyes just as intriguing as her body.
